Rôle et Responsabilités

Implement Paid media operation effectively/efficiently optimized by measuring/analyzing/improving performance of each advertising media, and maximize the inflow of potential customers.


Turn more visits into purchases by continuously improving customer experience on eStore based on analysis on how the inflow of customers actually turns into purchases.
[Digital Media Operation] Participate in activities to attract potential customers and increase their purchase through laying out strategies to increase the customer inflow/purchase rate, along with planning/operating campaigns using paid digital media, as well as
[Advertisement Effect Analysis] Analyze how dotcom customers wind up making a purchase (inflow-experience-purchase and digital media's effect/efficiency.
[Dotcome Experience Improvement] Perform improvement activities including Search Engine Optimization(SEO), loading performance enhancement and UX optimization under the strategies to enhance customer purchase experience.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways

  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

  • Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments

  • Typically requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience
