Energy Management Planning and Report - Controller


Mission
You will be a crucial and active partner of a dynamic and growth-focused team. You will support and challenge the Energy Management team by accurately planning, reporting, and controlling financial data.


What you'll do

  • Develop financial models and presentations, to support the Business Plan (short & long term) and ExCo Presentation;
  • Update and put together Rolling Forecast Results;
  • Prepare Monthly Results Model and Presentation aligned with business strategy in order to provide the insight and visibility necessary to affect positive change;
  • Assure the quality of reported values and interact with Accounting (and other corporate areas) to align criteria, make corrections, and provide guidance;
  • Report all relevant information and give support to internal entities (IR, P&P, etc.);
  • Prepare and maintain a historical database of financial and operational information.

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of related experience;
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting;
  • Experience with business forecasting, budgeting processes, financial analysis and reporting;
  • Experience using MS Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Talent for time management and attention to detail;
  • Analytical mind and strong worth ethic;
  • Flexibility and ability to perform with autonomy;
  • Fluent English and Portuguese, both verbally and written.
