Position Summary

The core function of this expert role is to support the Zone Category eBusiness Lead(s) and Markets to drivethe implementation and execution of the Holistic Content of the Integrated E-business Plan strategy and helpthe stakeholders accelerate achieving the objectives / KPIs more eff ectively and effi ciently.
The Content Functional Expert will focus on operationalizing Holistic Content and the Nestlé two OperatingModels, leveraging Nestlé Global Solutions.

A day in the life of...
  • Supports Zone eBusiness Category Lead(s) in developing/implementing the Content Operationalization strategy, assesses brands and market maturity and builds up Holistic Content understanding in the markets/brands bringing Capability Building when necessary;
  • Advocates the implementation and usage of the Nestlé Content Operating Models (Content Factory & Content Studio) and Global Solutions (e.g. Content Hub and integrated tools);
  • Coordinates the operationalization action plan with the Zone Categorie(s), SBUs and Markets, ensuring timely and quality of execution;
  • Supports the Zone Categorie(s) with Content localization process following Brand Plans with NGBS, markets &SBUs and defines Continuous Improvement Plan with Zone Categorie(s);
  • Creates and distributes regular performance reports/best practices outline that offer insights &recommendations;
  • Supports the Zone Category team and market teams with capability building, through training sessions and webinars;
  • Establishes and rolls out a governance model, processes and ways of working with the aim of deploying the Content strategy effectively and efficiently in a complex organisation;
  • Deal with complex organizational model, several stakeholders and must be able to drive change management and execute Zone Category agenda with Markets.
What will make you successful
  • More than 5 years in digital marketing /eBusiness working with large FMCG brands
  • Good knowledge in Digital Marketing and brand marketing
  • Good knowledge in Social Media and Influencer Marketing
  • Proficient English writing, reading, speaking
