The opportunity
EY is loonking for a Manager to join our Government & Public Sector (GPS) team. When you're on our GPS team, you'll have the opportunity to work across disciplines with professionals who have broad industry sector experience and deep subject-matter knowledge. Your key responsibilities

• Managing multiple technical and advisory projects specifically for Government and Public Sector clients (central administration, local administration and state business sector);
• Ensuring our engagement team thoroughly understands our clients? unique needs, ambitions and expectations;
• Team coordination;
• Managing performance and identifying opportunities to improve our products and processes;
• Building relationships with colleagues across multiple service lines to provide seamless integrated service;
• Advising local and governmental companies in order to align their business strategy to maintain competitive advantage and to improve internal value;
• Contributing to the team?s good productivity and motivation with good communication and cooperation to guarantee the best result;
• Developing and maintaining long-term and trust client relationships and networks;
• Staying abreast of current tax, legal and business trends relevant to the client's business.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Academic Degree in Economics, Finance, Public Management or similar fields of study, mainly in reference university;
• At least 5 years of professional experience working in this context;
• Background in consulting environment, mainly in Big4 or Second Tier companies, is really valued;
• Experience in team management or ability for;
• Ability to develop new business opportunities;
• Full English proficiency;
• Regular travel will be required as you will be meeting with key clients, some of those being the most respected in their fields.
