Admin and Contract Support Services Manager

What you will do

The Administration and Contract Support Services (ACSS) Manager is responsible for delivery of day-to-day ACSS support across different functions to Amgen. They are responsible for contract management, Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle management, supporting Healthcare Professionals Contracting and sponsorships/fees for service/donations/educational processes support. They adhere to the continuous improvement agenda of the ACCP.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating system workflows for sponsorships/donations/fees for service/educational support requests and disclosure reporting.
  • Coordinating ACCP contract management support.
  • Following Amgen policies, SOPs and compliant usage of business systems and tools.
  • Provide audit support to the responsible Amgen Employee.
  • Supporting the continuous improvement agenda.
  • Monitoring ACCP ACSS service levels and satisfaction to ensure that outputs meet the agreed expectations.

What we expect of you

Our ideal candidate is strategic in decision making and planning. He/she is customer focused, result oriented and set on problem solving. He/she has excellent presentation skills and is able to manage multiple tasks, prioritizing in a logical manner.

Proven experience and skills needed:

  • Master?s degree, preferably in Business Management.
  • Minimum 6-8 years directly related experience with a successful track record in administration and contracting support.
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Contracting and Compliance experience.
  • Fluency in English, both in written and verbal communication.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Fluency in another European language strongly preferred.
  • Project management skills and experience.
  • Experience in using contracting/compliance software (e.g. C3, Atrium, Pega).
  • Legal / Paralegal experience is preferred where legal activities and support is required.
