What the job looks like:
  • Design conceptual CRM architecture roadmap and technical solutions. Ensure defined architecture roadmap aligns with enterprise standards;
  • Analyze new requests and define non-functional requirements and create solution design and architecture within CRM and in the integration with other platforms
  • Partner with development teams to deliver project objectives through iterative delivery by offering expertise in solution design;
  • Ensure development of application follows defined CRM architecture;
  • Stay informed on platform releases and acquisitions to help drive CRM product roadmap;
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to proactively identify potential challenges to customer success and business productivity
  • Technically owns all IT projects within CRM platform and ensure quality in execution
  • Ensure E-2-E availability and quality of IT services around CRM solution

What you bring to the table:
  • IT professional with a minimum of 8 years? experience Veeva or Salesforce platform, with experience in configuration, customization, reporting functions and 3rd party integration .
  • Experience with Veeva Commercial Cloud, Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault
  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Proven experience in project management of large, complex projects
  • Master degree in (business) computer science, engineering or comparable
  • Sound understanding of ITIL
  • Advanced project and process management skills as well as proven change management ability
  • English fluent and preferably one further European language
