Job Description


Your contribution to something big:

  • Leading, training, and coaching Structure (STR) Team for Wall-Hung condensing Boilers in AvP in its Agile Journey;
  • Planning and advising Agile implementations within the organization;
  • Removing barriers between stakeholders and Agile teams;
  • Coach the team members in self-management, empirical approach for complex work and cross-functionality;
  • Initiating the removal of impediments to further the Agile Team's progress;
  • Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the time-box;
  • Facilitating stakeholder collaboration across locations within the worldwide business unit.

Qualifications


What distinguishes you:

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related subjects;
  • Scrum Master certifications (PSM, CSM or Scaled Agile Framework, etc);
  • Previous experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach;
  • Familiarity with a wide-range of Lean-Agile methodologies, frameworks and practices;
  • Hands-on experience in Jira and Confluence;
  • Good knowledge in requirements management and project management;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
