Ferring is hiring a team of Finance professionals in Lisbon to strengthen the Finance Performance Management team , with focus o n Controlling activities. The core Vision, Mission and Commitment of our Finance professionals is to drive key strategic initiatives to support the Ferring Growth Agenda, raise our performance level and strategic contribution to the b usiness. W e are looking to attract highly qualified and extremely motivated candidates to join ou r team.
Your New Role
As Financial Analyst , you are expected to engage with the Finance Vision, Mission and Commitment and ensur e delivery on the key Controlling activities, in alignment with the group policies and financial objectives.
You will be working with dedicated Finance team s and relevant stakeholders to anticipate, identify and support business objectives by analysing , planning and e xecut ing the management control system . In addition, you will be responsible for the delivery of standard report s and ensuring their availability to relevant partners to support the business decision making.
In this role you will get involved and take ownership in important and impact ful projects . It?s expected that you monitor, identify potential gaps, risks and opportunities related with the financial aspects of the company .
Key Responsibilities:
Executes the planning and management control system, being able to monitor the company results, through the coordination of the budgeting process, collection, assessment and analysis, support to the interpretation and making of decisions.
Provides mitigation/corrective measures to look for efficiencies and performance improvement.
Strict implementation and adherence to internal guidelines, instructions, processes and systems, local as well as global.
What you'll need to succeed - Education/Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor's or master's degree in B usiness A dministration , Corporate Finance, Accounting or related field .
2 to 4 years relevant work experience in Controlling or F inanc ial , P lanning & A nalysis (FP&A) .
Demonstrated solid analytical capacity and understanding of financial and accounting principles and processes .
Experience working with Power BI, Data cubes and familiar with SAP and/or Navision .
Ability to work in a matrix organization , excellent communication and stakeholder management skills .
B usiness acumen , problem-solving , customer focus and collaboration skills are essential .
Proficient level of English (spoken and written)
