How We Do It

We transform fresh, organic fruits and veggies into handy single-serving instant smoothies. Each one contains about 80 calories, and gives the same nutritional benefits as 2.5 cups of fresh produce.

Almost half of the world?s fresh fruits and vegetables are thrown away uneaten. Our flash-freeze, slow-dry process cuts waste by putting produce on standby until our members are ready to enjoy it. We also lighten our footprint by using compostable packaging and offsetting all emissions from shipping!

Job Overview

We are now seeking Temporary Fulfillment Associates in our Lisbon-Marvila office. This position requires teamwork, good organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

We need help the following weeks:

• Dec 16th to Jan 9th
• Jan 31st to Feb 6th

Two possible shifts:

• 8am to 15h30
• 16h to 22h30

The temporary Fulfillment Associates will work 4 days and have 2 days off each week.

Payment:

• Pro rata of around 1105? per month (includes shift allowance, Sunday allowance and payment for working after 8pm)

Main Goals

Ensure our members' unique kencko orders are appropriately filled on time.

Responsibilities

Order fulfillment and processing

• Prepare and customize customer orders
• Optimize timings of order processing
• Perform quality checks and prepare orders for shipping

Inventory and warehouse

• Assist when receiving inventory and ensure delivery is correctly reflected on paperwork
• Count inventory and marketing items upon delivery
• Identify and report any quality issues
• Keep the inventory, packaging and marketing materials organized in the warehouse

Other stuff

• Manually count inventory items to verify accuracy on a regular basis
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe working area and warehouse
• Other tasks and responsibilities upon as needed

Experience You Bring

• 1+ years previous experience in retail, hospitality/food industry is preferred
• Ability to lift up 15 kgs
• Eager and fast learner
• Ability to laugh at yourself and the small day to day things
  
• Excellent level of spoken and written English
• Fluent in Portuguese
• Ability to work in our Marvila office
