Your new role
Conduct data analysis to make recommendations to support decision making (e.g., cost-benefit, forecasting, impact analysis);
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to formulate and complete full cycle analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables, and presentations
Develop and automate reports, build, and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving business priorities to provide valuable information to stakeholders and leadership (through SQL and BI tools)
Deliver on analytics projects across all business functions, including finance, e-commerce, product, operation and risk;
What you will need to succeed
Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or equivalent fields of study
A professional with +4 years of experience with data analytics
Interest and experience in data, metrics, analysis, and trends and applied knowledge of measurement, statistics, and program evaluation
Experienced in leveraging data and analytics to solve real-world problems and create new solution. This requires a strong understanding of business processes and data flows.
Experience with Excel, Power BI and SQL
An excellent communicator with presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity in Python to the extent of delivering the same analysis you could do in SQL and a BI tool, and knowledge of Algorithms in Retail is a nice-to-have
