BySide is seeking an Account Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
BySide, one of the best companies to work for in Portugal has grown from a 3-person startup in 2006 (before startups were cool!) to an 80+ person team, with the mission to improve our clients? marketing results through Lead Activation: the ability to maximise revenue from visitors on a website, app or landing page. We achieve this by building and applying our technology: a platform that offers a unique combination of a Marketing Cloud and a Cloud Contact Centre.
We are looking for an account manager to join our team and be at the front line of digital transformation! Your mission will be to build, strengthen and grow business relationships with our customers, transforming them into ambassadors for our brand.
To achieve this you will need to:

• 
  Understand the customers current and future business goals and challenges
• Develop strategies and advise customers on how to connect their goals and challenges with solutions in our platform
• Communicate these strategies and solutions to the customer?s internal stakeholders
• Work with our Operations team in order to successfully implement these strategies

Requirements

• Experience of at least 1 year in Consulting, Professional Services, Account Management or Customer Success roles
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese (mandatory), English (mandatory) and Spanish (preferred)
• Ability to travel within the country and abroad to visit customers
• Ability to approach situations with a critical attitude - always be proactive and question why
• Curiosity and interest for innovation and technology
