First things first: this is not an ordinary Facility Management role; you have to create, maintain and improve a workplace beyond the best place to work. We're looking for someone spectacular, with the mind of a strategist, the heart of a builder and the soul of a guardian.

The Lady/Lord Stronghold will be responsible for two office locations (Porto and Lisbon), 20.000+ sqm in prime locations.

They develop and implement sustainability policies, develop offices layout that promotes agility, collaboration, space harmony and quality. The details are their primary building blocks and guarantee our office space matches the operational needs. Everything about operational efficiency, organisation, maintenance, and security is their breakfast:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day operations, services, and suppliers.

  • Manage all site maintenance requirements and continuous performance.

  • Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office.

  • Lead and build a first-class customer service stronghold team.

  • Manage the relation between building, people, and processes to continuously evolve a hybrid workplace on a post-pandemic era.

  • Develop, monitor, and update an active ?change plan? to meet ambitious growth requirements.

  • Keep on top of all relevant legal matters and implement office environment policies to ensure compliance.

Whatever you're working on, here's the lowdown on the skills you're likely to have:

  • +3 years hands-on experience in facility management scope: operations and maintenance, workplace strategy, risk management, performance and quality, space planning, finance, sustainability, human factors, and customer service.

  • Holistic mindset with strong planning skills to define and implement strategies.

  • Knowledge about regulatory and legal policies related to building ecosystem, from maintenance to ergonomics.

  • Able to inspire, support and oversight a top-grade 360-office administration team.

  • Proactive by acting without being told what to do and bringing new ideas to the company.

  • Possess the ability to turn ideas into realities.

  • Good communication skills in English.

  • Optional bonus: the ability to talk in German. Certified in Workplace Strategy, Facility Management.
