  • <point>Partnering with different business units from Operations, to Marketing, to Finance, and many others</point>
  • <point>Actively sourcing, interviewing and selecting exceptional talent</point>
  • <point>Representing Bolt professionally and warmly as the first point of contact</point>
  • <point>Providing an amazing candidate experience every time</point>
  • <point>Contributing ideas to improve our processes, employer brand, and hiring strategy</point>

Requirements:

  • <point>Bachelor's Degree</point>
  • <point>5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or in-house</point>
  • <point>Strong online candidate sourcing skills</point>
  • <point>Knowledge of key modern social media and recruiting channels</point>
  • <point>Experience closing senior-level candidates and negotiating offer terms</point>
  • <point>Ability to deliver challenging recruitment projects on time</point>
  • <point>Startup mindset and hunger to achieve great results</point>
