As a Reporting Specialist, you will cooperate with operational managers to identify trends, provide business insights and use advanced analytics to transform measurements into actual improvement ideas, always focusing on high data quality and advanced reporting. Working as part of a global team, you will be responsible to manage a range of performance management instruments that include Dashboards, Productivity Analysis and Customer Surveys. Moreover, you will be developing solutions to answer new business demands in the area of performance management, aiming for global harmonization, standardization, efficiency and compliance.
In your new role you will:

  • Manage the company?s dashboard in the Business Intelligence system.
  • Analyze and report variances , assisting the management and delivering business insights about the key activities.
  • Contribute to Governance topics related with process documentation and internal controls monitoring .
  • Assist in the preparation, analysis and reporting of internal customer satisfaction surveys .
  • Be actively involved in the definition and modeling of KPIs for several functional areas.

You think analytically and detail-oriented, having a structured, self-driven working style and accepting responsibility. You have excellent verbal and communication skills, communicating openly, clearly, and coherently and being able to interact and quickly establish successful cooperation with all levels and functions of the organization. Moreover, you are able to summarize and present complex financial data in an organized and concise manner.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Economics , Finance, or equivalent field of studies.
  • Experience in data analysis with background in performance reporting ? experience in shared service center environment would be a plus.
  • Analytical and conceptual skills combined with a hands-on approach and strong planning .
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (mainly Excel and PowerPoint) ? skills in SAP would be an advantage.
  • Interest in business intelligence tools and technologies that support the reporting, automation and monitoring of performance metrics.
