Job Summary:

The Opportunity & Responsibilities:
The Research Analyst is responsible for produce and analyzing regular audience reports for The Walt Disney Company channels broadcasted in Portugal and Portuguese speaking countries in Africa, in order to track performance KPIs that will be instrumental to the success of the Channels and the Company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Produce and update detailed audience reports for linear channels including local overnight, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Assist ad hoc requests regarding channels and/or programs performance to Programming and other departments to better understand its performance, spot key result drivers and help define new channel strategies for on-going improvement.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the company-wide Audience Strategy; this involves on-going communication and effective collaboration with other departments beyond Programming, such as Marketing, Creative, Ad-Sales etc.


Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Statistics, Math and/or Management is preferred.
Fluent English / Portuguese both written and spoken.
MS Office skills (Excel/Word/PPT).
Passion for Media, Entertainment and TV business.
Proven working experience (1-2 years) in roles where data analysis is core.
