Gi Group is looking for a Digital Support Service B2B - Dutch Speaker (PNS) for one of our prestigious clients to work in one of their office buildings in Miraflores (Oeiras), Lisbon. However, for the time being, you would be working from home.

The role:

• Assisting to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) through different channels: chat, e-mail and phone;
• Providing support for products and utilities to improve the general experience and to promote the adaptation of and investment in those products;
• Helping SME clients to get results thanks to their marketing campaigns through the use of advice, training and support, demonstrating the value of advertising solutions for SME clients;
• Providing essential information on the products and receiving information from clients about their products.
  

Profile:

• High school or University attendance;
• German customer management experience;
• Good knowledge of English (B2 or high) and Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2/Native);
• Professional skills in customer support;
• A problem-solving mindset and a passion for the client and their experience;
• Being capable of adapting to the varying needs of SMEs to help clients develop their activities on the advertising platform;
• Being legally eligible to work in Portugal;
• Having a stable internet connection to work from home until our client gives employees the order to return to the office;
• Being able to work on-site in Miraflores (Oeiras), Lisbon, once our client gives employees the order to return to the office.

Offer:

• Initial and continuous training;
• A company-provided computer to work from home whilst the remote work regime is in place;
• Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (GMT+0, Lisbon local time);

• Average monthly salary of 1560,00 ?/month (Gross, base salary + Meal Allowance + language bonus);
• Transportation Subsidy of up to 40,00 ?/month (not taxable; requires receipts);
• Signing Bonus: 2 220,00 ? paid in two parts of 1 110,00 ?;
• Total Yearly Salary Estimate (fourteen months including holiday subsidies consisting of two extra monthly salaries): 24,22K ? in the first year and 20,89K ?/Year after that (the salary is higher in the first year because of the signing bonus).
