Thru a strategic need to expand to the European market, the Warren Buffet real estate brand decided to open the branch in Portugal with their representative Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Atlantic Portugal.

The mission of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Atlantic Portugal is creating a new standard of services at the luxury real estate market segment in Portugal. We are a company with local expertise that provides services to a global range of clients, based on strong core values.

· Knowledge about real estate Portuguese market

· Driving licence and own vehicle.

What will be your responsibilities as luxury Real Estate Advisor?

· Study the real estate market;

· Attract exclusive properties;

· Follow up leads from potential buyers;

· Participate at team meetings;

· Show properties to customers;

· Intermediary in negotiations between sellers and buyers;

· Develop contact networks with several partners, developers, clients and other entities;

· Involvement in property promotion through advertisements processes and promotions;

· Develop contents for property presentations or other materials;

· Manage and prepare documents such as reservation contracts, representation of contracts, purchase agreements, closing declarations, deeds and leases;

· Active daily use of CRM software;
