What is your mission?
In Customer Monitoring, our goal is to ensure that we give our merchants a smooth and safe experience on the Saltpay platform. The team is responsible for the global risk & fraud performance. This leads to diverse streams of work like analysing customer trends and data to form the right strategies, and working with product and engineering teams to shape our product offering. The Senior Risk & Fraud Analyst will be an expert in dealing with fraud analytics, and will take business challenges and work with the experts inside the team to turn these into actions, then plan and facilitate these actions.

What you'll do?

• Be the owner for the development and ongoing optimisation of fraud prevention and detection strategies across the customer lifecycle;
• Design and deploy the right solutions for our needs while anticipating risks and building business cases;
• Track and manage KPIs, circulating regular updates to the management team;
• Identify gaps and opportunities while support our Fraud Operations team;
• Deliver projects, streams of work, continuous improvements with a wide range of teams, such as technology, product, finance, compliance, customer service, payments and more;

Who You Are

• 5+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce Fraud;
• Able to demonstrate a track record of building strong relationships with diverse teams and knowing how to work with others to get things done;
• A natural organiser, able to break complex challenges into easy to manage parts;
• Experience manipulating data with SQL or Big Query is valuable;
• Experience in Machine learning Models and Python is add on;
• Fluent in English;
