What is your mission?
In Customer Monitoring, our goal is to ensure that we give our merchants a smooth and safe experience on the Saltpay platform. The team is responsible for the global risk & fraud performance. This leads to diverse streams of work like analysing customer trends and data to form the right strategies, and working with product and engineering teams to shape our product offering. The Senior Risk & Fraud Analyst will be an expert in dealing with fraud analytics, and will take business challenges and work with the experts inside the team to turn these into actions, then plan and facilitate these actions.
