JOB REQUIREMENTS

The person in charge should be able to take on all these topics without the help/support of an outside accountant/person.

• Monitoring cash flow and make cashflow forecasting

• Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.

• Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

• Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports

• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company?s actual performance compared to the business plans.

• Make business plans for potential new business/acquisitions

• Achieve a proper mix of equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit.

• Managing and coordinating monthly reporting, budgeting and reforecast processes.

• Evaluate the financial performance of the organization.

• Maintaining the financial health of the organization.

• Make revenues analysis for each company

• Making sure all the processes are done according to the law (tips, VAT, fechos,...)

• Strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.

• Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecasts.

• Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.

• Managing credit

• Reports (monthly or Trimestrial) on F&B Best sellers and not sellers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Be aware of the financial statistics and accounting principles

• Demonstrates credit and financial analysis skills

• Refined negotiation skills

• Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information

• Experienced of dealing multicultural teams

• Strong system skills and track record of implementing processes and internal controls

• Experiente in a large complex multi revenue stream environment

• Excellent communicator and an agile thinker with a can do attitude

• Ability to translate and present complex financial information

• Strong presentation skills

• Strong instinct to collaborate with others

• Able to work under pressure
