Position Summary

The Zone Data and Analytics Expert is an Above Market SPOC, supporting Zone Digital Manager(s) to orchestrate & accelerate dashboard deployment, adoption of analytics use cases, documenting analytics successes and building capabilities. They will look above market at valuable use cases, and drive analytics and insights from the data available to them from the tools.

A day in the life of...

Expert must support Zone Digital Manager(s) and Regional Marketing Teams in defining strategy and use cases for analytics, and opportunities for data to drive decisions in the business. Must provide high level analysis on trends, opportunities and answer burning business questions using data for categories and markets. Must build analytics capabilities in markets with hands on learning and use case adoption Expert must work to ensure level one dashboards are deployed in markets and at business level and they adopt global solutions for efficiencies and to drive above market business analytics capabilities. They are responsible for working with businesses to ensure priority markets meet all pre-requisites for global level two dashboards - i.e. adopting global media naming conventions and global tagging plans for websites. Expert must support businesses and markets with capabilities training when it comes to data KPIs, first party data value exchange and growth strategies, data governance best practice and delivering the global data capabilities training and courses. Expert must use global guidance to help set KPIs and benchmark against external performance Data & Analytics Expert must adopt global guidance on analytics service line best practice, and work with businesses and markets to define business use cases to be answered by the new service. Prioritize requests from markets.

What will make you successful

More than 5 years in digital marketing /eBusiness working with large FMCG brands, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom-line business results. Proven data analyst experience - taking data and analysing to provide measure campaign performance and providing KPI performance scoring Experience in databoarding visualization and building. PowerBI, Tableau, Data Studio and Datorama experience a plus. Previous experience in marketing and campaign management. Agency or account management a plus. Proven English skills: writing, reading, speaking Proven change management experience Proven clear communication skills (team collaboration, call, chat, email, tickets, etc.) with excellent response times Proven team-oriented mentality and attitude where the work is approached with empathy, enthusiasm, ownership, responsibility, adaptability, balance and resilience Successfully managed and led launch / roll out of projects Result oriented
