This Human Resources Business Partner will provide high-quality support to employees and business leaders helping to ensure alignment between the business operations and HR practices and objectives.

    • Responsible for the complete management of Human Resources in the Lisbon office: Employee Relations, Employee Engagement Programs, Safety & Workers Compensation, Administration & Onboarding, Employment Regulatory Compliance;
    • Provide support to the Country Manager, helping to develop and execute the people strategy and practices, by handling the yearly People & Culture cycle;
    • Coach business managers, supporting them to develop their leadership capabilities and effectively manage their talent and performance within their teams to continually improve business performance;
    • Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Is the first point of contact for employment matters;
    • Reports, maintains, and monitors all workers? compensation case files and leave of absence cases; follows through all open claims and leaves;
    • Responsible for the payroll process. This includes overseeing all administrative activities related to payroll. Responds in a timely and knowledgeable manner to employees' queries on payroll, benefits and taxation;
    • Provides support to prepare budget in partnership with business leaders and Finance;
    • Responsible for the office management, overseeing general office operation and manages providers;
    • Work closely with the global HR colleagues in order to provide HR solutions;
    • Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives;
    • Prepares and delivers small and large group oral presentations.
  • competências

    • University degree in Business Administration, Law or Social Sciences. Master studies would be highly appreciated;
    • 3 to 4 years of experience in HR, thorough knowledge of HR best practices and experience in implementing HR frameworks and policies;
    • Fluent in English - written and verbal form;
    • Professional work experience in a fast-paced, collaborative, international environment;
    • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, new trends and benchmarking;
    • Ability to operate as a trusted partner with business leaders, to bring strategic insights, challenge and influence;
    • Experience of managing and analyzing HR metrics to find root causes and develop short, medium and long-term plans;
    • Ability to communicate with and influence a diverse range of people;
    • Solid initiative, driven self-starter; able to work independently and manage results;
    • Ability to see big picture but understand details and operational realties;
    • Experience in an international context is preferred;
    • Ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects;
