Your mission will be to creatively identify opportunities for performance insights to add value to our clients? social advertising. You will bring your expertise to establish a framework of validating how our solutions impact our Clients? performance KPIs .
To do this you will get to work with social media content and advertising data from some of the world?s leading brands.
Tasks
Your role will include:

  • Design a framework to assess the impact of comments on social media performance metrics
  • Create and own an A/B Testing framework that our clients can apply to quantify and assess the impact of our different solutions on their Advertisement results. Ultimately, this will help understand how managing comments on social media impacts both brand perception and social media performance.
  • Analyze customer data using database queries, native social media platforms and campaign management software tools.
  • Communicate results by creating reports and providing recommendations.
  • Advise other marketing functions (website, brand, product development) as the knowledge owner for customer and market data.
  • Be involved in several other transversal projects across the data & marketing teams to establish best practices and expand the performance marketing insights that we are able to deliver to our clients
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have

  • Experience running & analyzing social media campaigns within the B2C space.
  • Understanding of the key marketing performance metrics, how they are tracked, measured and external factors which may affect them.
  • Experience in setting up A/B tests on social media either natively through FB business manager or through a third party provider. The ability to own the interpretation of the results will be crucial
  • Strong analysis, research, problem-solving and critical thinking in data interpretation
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis with a strong analytical mind
  • High degree of business acumen
Nice to have

  • Experience working amongst Branding & Performance marketing teams within a medium sized organisation.
  • Has worked in market research studies associated with brand perception via common frameworks such as Net Promoter Score or using Facebook Brand Lift Studies.
