The opportunity
EY is looking for a ServiceNow Senior Consultant to join our People Advisory Services (PAS) team in international projects. In this role, you will play a key role in providing the competitive edge our customers need to overcome some of the biggest creative and technical challenges around.

Your key responsibilities

• Leading strategic projects to clients that operates in multiple industries;
• Defining and implementing technical and business requirements to improve our customers? HR, Compliance, Customer Service, Facilities, Legal or IT solutions through ServiceNow;
• Acting as a lead across all aspects of ServiceNow project and solution delivery;
• Overseeing application and workflow configuration;
• Developing client-specific reporting processes and integration components;
• Providing trusted advice on how digital transformation and technology enablement can lead to improved performance;
• Working closely with ServiceNow technical teams;
• Contributing to clients? business development;
• Supporting the team management;
• Acting as mentor and coach to the junior members of the team and leading by example.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Academic education preferably in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering or similar fields of study;
• At least 3 years of ServiceNow technical experience;
• Background in consultancy will be valued;
• Experience working in governance, risk and compliance (GRC) technologies such as Archer, Bwise, RSAM, Metricstream;
• The ability to meet strict deadlines;
• The confidence to build lasting relationships and influence senior colleagues and clients from a wide range of backgrounds;
• A flair for identifying and recommending opportunities to grow our client base;
• Results-oriented analytical profile;
• Project management skills: autonomy and proactivity, conducting analysis from beginning to end and structuring the final deliverable fulfilling demanding plans;
• Full Portuguese and English Proficiency.
