• Establish customer specific software solutions in the area of connected cars eg. telematics, remote services and software updates over the air.
• Support of the Development of complex IT systems, which will become a support platform for the vehicle of the future in the areas of internet based support and applications.
• Responsible for software functions including the High-Level design of Linux based Embedded ECUs.
• Analyse and develop existing software modules around customer requirements.
• Analyse and establish the security requirements for systems and networks.
• Define security concepts.
• Compliance with software requirements within an agile development approach.
• Support of the hardware development team in relation to the board bring-up phase.
• Cross-functional diversified tasks.
• Work in an international and diverse team.

Perfil ideal

• Degree-qualified in Electronics, Computer Science or related Engineering disciplines.
• Experience in embedded software development and object oriented programming.
• Experience in the automotive sector, preferably in the area of connected cars, telematics or infotainment.
• Good programming knowledge, preferably in C, C#, C++ or Java.
• Knowledge in TCP/IP based network communication and IP security.
• Knowledge of the principles of identification and access management as well as application security and encryption
• technologies.
• Experience in Subversion / Git, JIRA / Redmine, XML desirable.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• A team player with the ability to work alone unsupervised.
• Highly-motivated and capable of working on multiple activities concurrently.
• Fluent English language skills.
