About this Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, solutions-oriented NetSuite Developer to join our fast-paced Delivery Engineering team. Working closely with NetSuite administrators, NetSuite Developers, business analysts, and project managers, you will perform a critical role in improving and supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of OutSystems? NetSuite ERP and its integrated business systems. You will help define our financial systems while working closely with the Digital Finance and Finance teams along with key partners across the company.

Objectives of this Role

• Help scale OutSystem?s financial systems to meet the needs of a rapidly growing business

• Manage configuration, customization and testing of NetSuite ERP modules, Scripts and workflows

• Troubleshoot application and script issues and manage these to resolution

• Collaborate with other team members to build robust functionality to automate and scale the business

• Assist in designing and implementing a robust code management and deployment process

• Integrate with various other business applications, such as OutSystem and Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

• 7+ years of designing and implementing solutions in ERP applications, application extensions, workflows and SuiteScripts for NetSuite

• Solid understanding of best deployment and development practices. Experience with various software development lifecycle methodologies including SCRUM, Agile and Waterfall.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Self-motivated and self-managed to drive toward the intended goal/objective of the project

• Strong technical background, and hands-on experience customizing NetSuite and integrating it with other business systems

• The ability to create and drive toward the necessary project timeline, goals and objectives in an agile framework

• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks within an open and interactive environment

• Relevant experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying secure, scalable, reliable performance solutions to customize, extend, and/or interact with NetSuite
