As an Office Management Specialist at Evident, you are the sparkling centre of the office. You work closely together with the Office, Finance and Marketing team in the Netherlands and Portugal. Your responsibilities are mainly Office focused: ordering office supplies, maintaining the office space, arranging client or internal presents, onboarding and welcoming new colleagues. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and find creative ways of bringing fun to the office!

Your role will be:

  • Organize the office layout, keep the office up to date (stationery and equipment, office goods) and take care of maintenance or repairs;
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services;
  • Coming up with fresh ideas for client and internal events both small and big in collaboration with the Portuguese team;
  • Responsible for internal communications around events and employer branding initiatives, such as the Evident newsletter;
  • Arranging onboarding & offboarding of employees, including welcoming new employees, organizing onboarding packages and gifts and scheduling meetings;
  • Keeping up-to-date on general administration;
  • Making travel arrangements;
  • Welcoming guests and answering telephone calls.


Are you someone that has:

  • Good English communication skills, written and spoken;
  • Organization and detail-oriented skills;
  • Availability to work 24 to 40 hours.

Recruitment process:

  • Introduction video call with Recruiter;
  • Interview with Office Manager and General Manager;
  • Final Video interview with Office Manager and Founder.
