Apart from Blockchain and DLT, we?re also venturing into Artificial Intelligence by educating our clients and building products with them.


Currently, we are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team.


Main tasks:

  • Supervising daily operations of office network infrastructure (maintenance routers, switches, access points, printers, etc.)
  • Managing helpdesk system: solving all technical problems with any software or hardware
  • Responsibility for IT equipment (setup and maintenance), cable management, video surveillance system, access control system, etc

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of network and system administration experience
  • Troubleshooting skills and administration experience with Linux, Windows, macOS based operating systems.
  • Knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
  • Be strongly team-minded, very quality and process-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and be flexible to handle changes that occur in a busy operational environment.
  • The desire to work on a wide range of challenging international projects
  • English language - Upper-Intermediate, other languages are an advantage

Would be a plus:

  • Experience in application development and scripting
  • Knowledge of administration Mikrotik and Ubiquiti equipment, including building VPNs, L2TP/IPSec
  • Experience with application and/or customer support in the scope of Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence)
  • Experience with application and/or customer support in the scope of Jfrog Artifactory and Gitlab products
  • Basic knowledge of bash and/or Python scripting
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and database servers
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
