The Business Development Associate is responsible for assisting with the growth of our sales pipeline through lead generation and inside sales activities. This position provides a clear induction and training curriculum for those looking to strengthen their inside sales experience while expanding on their repertoire to move to a BDM position. You will have well defined milestones to accelerate your career, supported by a mentoring program and a clear career path.

Business Development Associate Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails and inbound lead follow-up
  • Working to attain a monthly quota of Sales Accepted Leads
  • Identifying key decision-makers, business pain points, relevant projects, budget, and purchase time-frames to accurately qualify both inbound and outbound leads
  • Qualify, assess and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales professional for further development and closure
  • Juggling multiple priorities to manage the pipeline of new leads while prospecting into target accounts, working to revive lost opportunities, and persistently following up on older leads
  • Ensuring all discovery calls and follow-up calls/meetings occur
  • Design and deploy focused sales campaigns aimed at expanding Radically Digital's presence and brand in specific target markets
  • Conduct research to develop target account contact information and account intelligence to generate an understanding of customer needs and requirements that can inform sales prospecting and/or marketing program strategies
  • Use our CRM software to track and measure all sales activity
  • Support sales professionals and qualified opportunities through the sales lifecycle where appropriate

What you'll bring to the team

  • Add experience in inside sales, sales development, or lead generation with a track record of exceeding quota
  • A drive to hunt for new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline with Enterprise level clients
  • Enjoy engaging founders, executives and decision makers about their business needs and closing them on having a meeting with a Sales Professional
  • Strong sales and presentation skills; self-motivation; and ability to multitask
  • Experience calling warm and cold prospects in a business-to-business environment
  • An ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience
  • Self-motivation with a hunger to be successful

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • 0-3+ years' experience in a sales role, ideally within a services business
  • Comfortable on the phone and managing objections
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with Senior Stakeholders in English
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions
  • Ability to multi-task and meet short deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment, with focus and high attention to detail
  • Motivated by attainment and performance measurement
  • Proficiency fully utilizing the Internet, G Suite, LinkedIn, CRM applications eg Hubspot

Competitive Salary - 17-24K EUR based on 25-35K EUR OTE, depending on experience
