Tasks
Role:

• Drive revenue results by closely tracking results and performance, evaluating pipeline, and supporting commercial forecasts.
• Drives the operational deployment and adoption of key sales strategic initiatives.
• Leading, coaching & improving team performance.
• Qualifying Inbound/outbound leads
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and customers
• Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer

Requirements
Profile:
We're looking for a leader, who can motivate a team and drive results from the front, close deals, win deals, and drive the team to do the same. A hungry hunter - with the experience to lead an inside sales function to success!
Proven ability to drive prospecting activities and discovery phase of the sales process generating Hot Leads (Advertisers and Publishers).
Excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to identify priorities and opportunities in each project.
You have exemplary problem-solving abilities and are comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
Skills and experiences:

• Fluent English
• Proven ability to make strong personal connections and overcome rejection to achieve results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities
• Proficient use of Hubspot CRM is a plus.
• Sales Operations experience within a Digital company (Agency, Affiliate Network...)
