Position Overview
A revolution cannot be done alone, and we need the best and brightest talent to continue our growth into the new modern workplace. We are looking to expand our team by hiring a new Regional Benefits Manager - EMEA, a team player who is ready to make the role their own and bring their own ideas and innovations to the table. Reporting to the Sr. HRSD & Benefits Manager Europe & Africa, you will be supporting our HR Service Delivery Team by providing knowledge, expertise, insight, and leadership experience in the area of benefits within the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize benefits offerings across the EMEA region.
  • Oversee the benefit needs of our clients and have an in-depth knowledge of the products offered (healthcare, life, STD, LTD, pension, travel, EAP plans).
  • Work closely with human resources service delivery (HRSD) team, client success managers (CSM), business development. Managers (BDM), payroll, and finance to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Ensure all benefit information (products and providers) is properly organized and tracked in the appropriate systems (ApprovPay, BambooHR, Monday boards) and readily and easily accessible on SharePoint for internal reference.
  • Effectively and timely resolution of benefit related queries from clients/WSE and internal sources.
  • Provide support to global benefits projects within the organization as required.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in business/human resources.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in managing benefits preferably within a consulting environment (Mercer, AON, KPMG, PwC, EY or Deloitte). EOR or PEO Background would be preferred.
  • Supervisory or management background, 3 to 5 years of managing a remote/distributed HR/Benefits team within the EMEA region.
