We will soon recruit Compliance Alerts Analysts (M/F) ? Fluent in English & German (B1), the position can be based in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal.
The Compliance alerts Analyst is in charge of analysing Alerts on Cardif France. She/he must ensure the full analysis of an alert and all related hits, respecting the operational guides with all steps of analysis.
Main Functions:
Take in charge the analysis of alerts (Sanctions / PEP) generated by SUN Platform, respecting priorities, processes and guidelines provided by the team leader
Perform all necessary diligences and researches aiming at qualifying each hit and alert under his/her responsibility
All alerts decisions will be documented respecting a predefined format.
Available actions for the analyst are:
1. Qualifying an alert accordingly to hits results
2. Escalate the alert to LEVEL 2 when hits results are positive
3. Leave the alert in a temporary status waiting for the completion of all diligences
Preferably holders of degrees of higher education in the following subjects: Economics; Law; Management
Previous related working experience and insurance background will be appreciated.
Basic Professional Proficiency in German (minimum B1) and English is mandatory.
Skills & Basic Features:
Good Awareness of Insurance contracts and financial security topics (E-learning complusory)
Good written and oral communication skills;
Very good analytical skills and attention to detail;
Intuitive
Commitment deadlines and willingness to follow procedures;
Good knowledge of IT tools (Fircosoft Verify) & basic applications;
