The Head of Global Workforce Planning will design, lead and support the overall global workforce process. This position will play a crucial role in developing our workplace strategy by leading the efforts of overall workforce planning and allocation, staffing portfolio optimisation, and analysis of the future of work. It is a strategic role that will establish the methodology, processes & workforce planning effectiveness measurements, globally across all Bolt's geographies.

Your daily adventures will include :

  • <point>Build and lead a high-performing global workforce & staffing organisation aligned with Bolt's business needs.</point>
  • <point>Lead the development and implementation of staffing plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives.</point>
  • <point>Design, lead and support forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, activity management attendance & adherence real-time management, and performance tracking & management for Bolts manually skilled labor.</point>
  • <point>Lead the stakeholder management on a multinational level (Operations, Recruitment, People & Culture, Finance, Legal, PR, Learning & Development, Health and Safety, Temp Agencies & 3PL's). </point>
  • <point>Utilise workforce management various internal data sources to accurately forecast contacts ? both short and long-term ? and determine staffing requirements.</point>
  • <point>Project labor and vendor management to ensure that the network is supplied with sufficient quality temporary labor when required. Monitor and ensure staffing agencies meet agreed service level agreements, follow up if required. Be responsible for the production of metrics relating to temporary staffing and the contingent workforce.</point>
  • <point>Work on long-term initiatives to improve the efficiency, processes, and day-to-day workforce operations.</point>
  • <point>Coordinate regular meetings between agencies across Europa & Africa and Bolts management to drive best practice across all, and to address any concerns. Audit agencies regularly on quality of assessment and recruitment processes. Increase audits as appropriate.</point>

What we are looking for :

  • <point>5-7+ years of experience in developing and evolving successful workforce programs and/or flexible workforce vendor management.</point>
  • <point>3+ years of leadership experience managing and developing individuals or / and team.</point>
  • <point>Large scale cross-functional project management.</point>
  • <point>Self-starter with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and deadlines.</point>
  • <point>Strong data acumen, to leverage data and insights to drive and influence decisions.</point>
  • <point>A strong solutions focus working in an environment which demands challenging deliverables.</point>
  • <point>A strong analytical acumen, with a strong focus on operational and procedural excellence.</point>
  • <point>Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and balance priorities in the face of ambiguity.</point>
  • <point>Language proficiency in English.</point>
