Be part of a renowned multinational logistics company, assuming the position of Talent Attraction Specialist.
Reporting to the Hiring Manager, the professional to be recruited will be in charge for developing metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of various attraction tools/channels. Will also be responsible for identify improvement opportunities in current talent attraction processes and develop strategies of attraction to reach more candidates on a global environment. The talent will also be responsible for planning and executing employer branding activities such as career fairs and social media campaigns.
We are looking for a Talent with a bachelor?s degree, with solid experience between 4 to 7 years, someone hands-on talent attraction, with experience in developing and implementing strategies for talent attraction within a global and complex environment. We value profiles with flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced environment and someone that also has a structured working style and focus on delivering results as per agreed timelines and scope.
Fluency of spoken and written English will be essential for autonomy in your performance.
