Be part of a renowned multinational logistics company, assuming the position of HR Development Specialist.
Reporting to the Hiring Manager, the professional to be recruited will be responsible for the implementation of related activities such as technology and process testing, language translation verification, creating and modifying local knowledge content and upload content in system.
The HR Development Specialist will be in charge for the support training and change management activities and maintain a periodic data quality check on all documentation.
The talent will also be responsible for identifying gaps and analyze them with other HR colleagues and implement solutions.
We are looking for a Talent with a bachelor?s degree, with experience between 1 to 2 years in an HR role. We value profiles with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with HR systems and knowledge of local labor law would be beneficial.
Fluency of spoken and written English will be essential for autonomy in your performance.
