JOB PURPOSE
The primary responsibilities include global forecasting and cash management, approving payments, coordinating the discounting program process, coordinating intercompany loan agreements as well as preparing monthly reports, analyzing the bank fees, and coordinating all administrative requirements linked to the treasury in Geneva.
This role is typically a multi-tasking role directly linked to Treasury Operations, reporting to the Treasury Operations Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Cash management
Review and approve payments for the Group on entities where the analyst is a signer
Coordinating the Global USD forecast under the supervision of the Senior treasury analyst
In charge of the Group discounting program
In charge of intercompany loans
Reporting
Monthly reporting of intercompany loans
Monthly reporting of bank fees
Administration
Liaise with the KYC analyst based in Porto and handle Geneva-based requirements
Prepare all necessary treasury and bank administrative and legal documents obtain required signatures from Geneva-based signers
File all relevant KYC documents
Be an active administrator on Global e-banking platforms
Prepare of Audit confirmations for Swiss-based and head-office entities and follow up with Banks as required
Manage any notarization of treasury related documents
Manage the treasury post and file all documents received
Others
Actively participate in treasury project and new system testing
Any other treasury requirement that may arise over time
REQUIREMENTS
University degree in Business administration and/or Finance
High level of IT skills especially on database understanding (Sharepoint, advanced Excel)
4 - 5 years of experience in a similar position
Fluent in English at a business level
