We are looking for a Marketing Designer to join our team.
In your role as a Marketing Designer, you will own the visual aspects of websites, reports, infographics, exhibitions and more. You will be driving the entire process of defining requirements, visualising and creating graphics, and executing projects. Your role will be critical to the success of Apiax.
Tasks
What you will be tasked to do

• You?ll be part of the marketing team to create graphics for digital content (i.e. website and social media), publishing, and advertising
• Deliver creative, impactful, and compelling graphics for inclusion in all collateral
• Work on a wide range of projects starting from conceptual phase until the execution phase
• Support our marketing and sales teams in creating timely and impactful materials
• Oversee your own projects to completion, prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Stay plugged in with design trends, to maintain innovation and freshness

Requirements

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
• 3+ years of proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of previous work
• Experience with design software and technologies (Adobe Suite, Affinity Suite)
• Experience designing for digital platforms including but not limited to google ads, social media channels, email marketing, and websites
• Digital animation knowledge is a plus
• Experience in designing landing pages is a plus
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Thrives in a dynamic start-up environment, ready to adapt to a changing environment
• Portuguese or other EU passport with a work-permit for Portugal
