JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Head of IT Transformation will oversee the delivery and implementation of the current IT program agenda of COFCO International. As a strategic IT partner for the business leadership team, you will have end-to-end accountability for the successful delivery of your project (s). By leveraging your business partnership, functional knowledge, and customer interactions, you will effectively shape and manage new future requirements, develop business cases, and identify future opportunities to deliver value to the company and drive the business.
You will also learn best practices and processes within the organization by receiving guidance on project management framework, methods, systems, tools, and metrics.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organizing projects and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization;
• Developing new projects to support the strategic direction of the organization;
• Developing a budget and operating a plan for the project;
• Analysing project risks;
• Supervise different tasks to complete a project;
• Responsible for the flow of information from the business to the IT team regarding the project and program requirements;
• Producing accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle;
• Document project & program requirements, if required;
• Update information on the project management development, tools, regulations, market demand and risks;
• Make arrangements for the project completion based on specifications of the business;
• Plan, initiative, execute, supervise, and close assigned projects and programs;
• Suggest strategies for achieving the project goals to the owner.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University Degree (Bachelors) with focus in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technologies or similar;
• 5-10 years of previous professional experience on project and program delivery;
• PMP Certified (mandatory);
• Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint;
• Very good communication and presentation skills;
• Analytical mind;
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
