Descrição

• Coordinate, align and configure IT relevant settings of the procurement portal, such as user, roles, approval matrices, web forms, etc.;
• Coordinate technical releases and upgrades of the procurement portal;
• Analyze and discuss complex requirement specification with the Procurement organization and other IT departments;
• Collaborate in projects within our international team from Europe, Asia, and North America
  • Prepare the rollout design session,
  • Review the identified GAP list and propose SAP standard solutions,
  • Prepare and migrate data for rollouts,
  • Provide support during testing phases, analyze defects, and coordinate resolution;
• Prepare, organize and execute module and integration tests, supporting the execution of functional tests;
• Support the go-live and ensure the transition and support together with other teams.

Perfil ideal

• A degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or equivalent field;
• At least 3 years of experience working in IT projects or consulting;
• Experience in SAP Ariba procurement portal solutions and integration technologies to SAP ECC/S4;
• Knowledge of guided buying setup, ICM setup, approval processes management, Master Data management, CVS handling, or CIG;
• Knowledge of other sourcing cloud applications, such as Coupa, is an advantage;
• Strong communication skills in English.
