As a Reporting Analyst you will cooperate with operational managers to identify trends, provide business insights and use advanced analytics to transform measurements into actual improvement ideas. Working as part of a global team, you will be responsible to manage a range of performance management instruments that include Dashboards, Productivity Analysis and Customer Surveys. Moreover, you will be developing solutions to answer new business demands in the area of performance management, aiming for global harmonization, standardization, efficiency and compliance.
In your new role you will:

  • Be actively involved in the definition and modeling of KPIs for several functional areas.
  • Manage the company?s dashboard in the Business Intelligence system.
  • Analyze and report variances , assisting the management and delivering business insights about the key activities.
  • Manage the company participation in internal and external Benchmarks studies .
  • Assist in the preparation, analysis and reporting of internal customer satisfaction surveys .
  • Contribute to SSC?s Service Level Agreement management .

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • A Bachelor degree in Economics , Finance, Business Administration or equivalent field of studies.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or project management , with a strong background in performance reporting ? experience in Shared Service Center environment would be a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (mainly Excel and PowerPoint) ? skills in SAP would be an advantage;
  • Interest in business intelligence tools and technologies that support the reporting, automation and monitoring of performance metrics.
