Middle Office Corporate Action Analyst

Your tasks & responsibilities

• Pre-reconciliation of the Corporation action against external data vendor/MT566 (Golden copy)
• Corporate action processing / products adjustment
• Life cycle management of all types of OTC and listed derivatives
• Follow-up on the dividend claims linked to collateral/sec. Finance
• Trouble shooting a variety of issues from Trading, Treasury, Sales , Risk and Reconciliation
• Cash/Security breaks investigation and resolution
• Continuously improvement of internal processes
• Project involvement

Our requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or Economics
• Previous experience in Corporate Action/Dividends adjustment an advantage
• Good knowledge of derivatives and financial markets
• Understanding of Securities Finance/ Securities Lending/ Collateral Management is a plus
• Good Excel knowledge. VBA would be a plus
• SOPHIS knowledge would be a plus
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication skills
