We are looking for a full-time People Operations & Recruitment Manager to join the Linkfire People team and take on a trusted position with a wide range of responsibilities spanning across talent attraction, HR-management, and people operation on location in the Lisbon office.

In this role, you will truly be a 360-degree people person, and we will from day one support you in taking on the talent and people operations of our Lisbon office and our overall Portugal-staff. We, that is the people team based out of Copenhagen, who will be your direct counterparts.


This means you will experience a great level of autonomy in this role, you will make decisions that improve the daily life of your colleagues, suggest and drive people centric initiatives and policies, improve and administer HR data, insurances, relocation companies and other third party offerings and participate in the full employee life cycle with a focus on the recruitment side.


For all new talent on location, you are the first point of contact and you review and conduct initial screenings and first interviews, while accurately managing our ATS.


Furthermore, you will be responsible for the company culture initiatives in the Lisbon location, this includes optimizing our perks and benefits, adapting existing policies and implementing new ones, and building an office culture that is engaging and welcoming.


Responsibilities:


  • Culture & Operations: Nurture and promote Linkfire?s culture internally and externally. Organize and run internal events, and similar initiatives that make a positive impact on your colleagues' life in Portugal. Improve our existing perks and benefits and employee policies to lift our employment offering to the next level. Promote an office culture that is welcoming to all existing and new employees.

  • HR & People Management: You will administer all Portugal employee data and work closely with our payroll and insurance contacts as well as other third-party suppliers. Your work includes writing job offers, legal amendments, and other administrative tasks regarding people management. In this role, you will furthermore grow to become and act as a trusted people-advisor for the colleagues and managers around you.
  • Talent Attraction: In collaboration with the HR team in Copenhagen you will lead the recruitment for new talent in Portugal and partially in CPH. This includes posting and updating jobs, reviewing and selecting candidates, and taking initial screening calls and interviews autonomously.


Abilities and Skills:


  • People skills. A lot.
  • Empathy, curiosity, and creativity with a doer kind of attitude. You understand what people want, need, and like and you can make it happen.
  • Self-starter and self-runner, you can utilize the resources available independently but also take initiative to generate new opportunities.
  • You can solve problems before they become problems. This means you have a good bird?s eye view of your areas of responsibility and you can think strategically.
  • You?re an organized, sharp, and proactive communicator and you can make your voice be heard.
  • You have experience with LinkedIn, ATS, and HRM systems
  • You have experience with full-cycle recruitment, specific experience with the recruitment of commercial profiles (sales, marketing, business development) is a plus
  • You are familiar with the general law and policies regarding employment in Portugal, and you are equipped to get in-depth familiar with new laws and regulations
  • Lastly, you have a strong love for music! Any previous experience from the music and entertainment industry is a plus.
