As the MAX Hub Lead, you will join the MAX Team and work closely with the Employee Experience Director and other MAX Program Managers committed to enhancing the Sitel employee experience, i.e., Tools & Technology, Health & Wellness, Performance & Rewards, and Workplace & Flexibility.


  • In this role, you will be part of a small tent for our MAX Hub implementations working alongside, Site Directors, HR, PMO, Facility, IT and supported by shared resources for communication and marketing, training and reporting.
  • You will define MAX Hub guidelines in step with fresh workplace innovations and new trends and leveraging Sitel MAX UX framework for workplace design and implementation.
  • Support the implementation of new MAX Hubs as a consultant, so the guidelines and methodology are applied.
  • Define the methodology and collaterals (project plan, decks, financial model, etc.) to support local teams and engage our associates in implementing a MAX Hub.
  • Develop the content strategy for facilities on MAXConnect (news, webinars, training, knowledge base, community).
  • Create content and encourage collaboration around MAX Hub and workspace, including work@home.
  • Collaborate with IT and procurement on furniture catalog and Marketing/Studio to enrich our branding assets.
  • Prototype and test concepts: a scent for Sitel, design our desks & chairs, etc.
  • As our MAX Hub and workspace trends expert, you will participate in events (client meetings, webinars, etc.).

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:


  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture and/or interior design combined with a degree in architecture/design.
  • You have technical knowledge in energy and sustainability of facilities that can translate to workplace design and the employee experience.
  • You have a passion for workplace design and innovations. You believe that we will work more and more 'from anywhere and 'at home' and that we need to repurpose and transform our workplaces and the experiences we offer onsite in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
  • You understand that three types of environments influence our employee experience: Culture, Technology and Workplace and you adopt a cross-functional approach to deliver a unique workplace experience.
  • You are a project manager that is data-driven with financial acumen. You have experience in defining and following a project plan in parallel to achieve goals and providing reporting on your progress and understand business plans, ability to negotiate with contractors and follow a budget
  • You are exceptional at collaborating with diverse functions and cultures and know your different audiences, the platform(s) they use, and how to engage them in a familiar story and drive their actions to reach specific goals.
  • You have high energy and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, transformative environment. You embrace change positively.
  • You are solutions oriented, flexible, can quickly adapt to change and ready to roll up your sleeves to tackle new tasks.
