We're looking for a motivated and driven SEO Manager to join our Programmatic Marketing team. You will be part of a dynamic team and supporting us in our everyday tasks to help bringing Flixbus to the next stage, and thus you will have a direct influence on its success.

Your Tasks ? Paint the world green

• You perform in-depth site audits of multiple websites using various tools to identify SEO issues & opportunities.
• You manage and lead SEO projects, including keyword research, analysis of market trends and competitors to support strategic decision making.
• You drive the technical SEO strategy to improve website infrastructure, internal linking, etc.
• You align with our development teams on SEO issues & opportunities and ensure product releases meet SEO requirements.
• You plan, execute & analyze results of A/B tests to identify a scalable SEO action set that can be rolled out globally to improve the channel performance in terms of conversion rate and SERP.
• You keep an eye open for (cross-) channel growth and innovation opportunities.
• You identify opportunities for (and build) automated processes for SEO.

Your Profile ? Ready to hop on board

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics Computer Science or similar
• You have knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
• You have strong understanding of several SEO tools (AWR, Ahrefs, SEMrush, OnCrawl, Screaming Frog, Google/Bing Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, ?)
• You are passionate about the newest trends in SEO and online marketing.
• Experience with Python, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
• You can manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced, results oriented environment.
