Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Gathering and Analysis of Business Requirements for new and ongoing projects ;

• Managing and Responding to Support Requests;

• Writing Specifications and User Stories;

• Defining the planning for Implementation of requests / projects;

• Track and report Project progress

Main Technical Requirements:

• Knowledge of Excel;

• Knowledge of CIB Bank Activities (front office, back office, flow of data)

• Good communication skills;

• Ability to work in a international environment.

• Good interpersonal skills to work with teams that are remote

• Organization, ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects;

• Good client relationship.

• SQL Knowledge
