About Product Management*
The Product Management function drives the vision, prioritisation and development of Trustly?s products, ensuring they align with the company?s short-term and long-term goals. We collectively hatch innovative ideas, analyse market fit, and set the product strategy. We all work closely together with engineering to develop new products or features within existing products, as well as with various Commercial teams to roll out our products to the market. Just like the rest of Trustly, we're growing at a fast pace and we're keen to bring more people on board.

About the role*
As a Business Analyst, you will be in the center of the action where technology meets business requirements. You will be working closely with Business stakeholders, Product Managers and Engineering teams; helping to make sure that the product development is in line with our business needs, vision and strategy and that the right product features get built. You will know all the nitty gritty details about our products and be the go-to-person for finding answers to detailed questions.

Some of your main tasks and responsibilities

  • Work with internal stakeholder groups - Sales/Business Development, Integrations, Customer Success, NOC, Risk, Finance and Legal teams to create process maps, flow diagrams and journey maps that detail their day to day activities.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to ideate and convert business & stakeholder needs into user stories, requirements and feature specifications.
  • Assist with gap analysis on existing process/functionality compared to new/planned efforts and develop documents that capture business and stakeholders needs.
  • Be the in house expert for the product with deep knowledge of features, how the product works and answer related questions and analysis.
  • Act as counterpart to internal teams (such as support, NOC/monitoring)Identify, gather and present internal questions about our product in a standardised manner. This includes product description, market overviews, etc.

Who we believe you are

  • You have an eye for detail and enjoy working with people from diverse teams.
  • You can process lots of information, synthesise it and convert it into overlapping interaction maps across teams with a keen sense of efficiency.
  • You have excellent skills in Excel, Powerpoint and can create detailed flow charts.
  • You have prior experience working with process improvement and analytical tasks.
  • You have prior experience working in agile product development is an advantage.
  • You are a person comfortable managing your day and working towards the team?s common goals.
