The Invoice Quality Control - Trainee position is part of the Group Strategic Sourcing Services ? Cost Accounting Operations department, and is in charge of the vendors accounting treatment and related processes, within the BNPP Group.

As a Trainee within this department, you will help to manage day-to-day Sourcing to Pay activities for corporate entities with special emphasis to the timely and accurate processing of invoices.

Your Main Activities Are

  • Identifying, completing and requesting missing information founded during the process of dematerialization of paper invoices performed by external company
  • Identifying, completing and requesting missing information found during the process of all invoices received via PDF by email process
  • Analyzing and performing, according the procedures, all workflow for invoice rejection
  • Performing controls in line with corporate procedures

Profile and Skills to Success

  • University degree, or equivalent by experience, in Accounting/Economics/Business Management/Finance or other related fields
  • Experience in the use of Office applications (mainly Excel) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred) is a strong plus
  • Good communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with flexible schedules and with international locations
  • Strong organizational skills and good attention to detail
  • Strong team spirit, allied with a proactive attitude
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 Level, CECRL certificate) is mandatory, domain of French is a strong plus
