The Record to Report ? Team Leader position is part of the Group Strategic Sourcing Services ? Cost Accounting Operations department, and is in charge of the vendors accounting treatment and related processes, within the BNPP Group.

As the leader of one of the Record to Report verticals will be focused on performing closing bookings (Accruals and corrections), and perform analysis on the open items pending in the accounts

Your Main Activities Are

  • Month end closing and reporting activities including journal entries
  • Perform periodical controls analysis and reconciliations
  • Perform fixed assets bookings and prepare related reporting
  • Prepare VAT and other tax reporting and controls
  • Understand and implement Group procedures
  • Train, monitor and guide the team to ensure the delivery of the desired objectives

Profile and Skills to Success

  • University degree, or equivalent by experience, in Accounting/Economics/Business Management/Finance or other related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working in accounting or in a similar role, with 2 years of previous team leading experience being a strong plus
  • Experience in the use of Office applications (mainly Excel) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred) is mandatory
  • Good communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with flexible schedules and with international locations
  • Rigorous and methodic approach, with ability to treat and maintain the confidentially of the information
  • Strong organizational skills and good attention to detail
  • Strong team spirit, allied with a proactive attitude
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 Level, CECRL certificate) is mandatory, domain of French is a strong plus
