A multinational company in the agriculture field is looking to expand their IT department here in Portugal and in order to do that they?re searching for a new IT Solutions Specialist. Responsibilities:

• Make sure the level 1 and 2 support is handled properly and be involved in escalation at level 2.5

• Application Support and Operations, executing maintenance and support activities

• Ensure the quality standards are met and the performance of systems is in line with user expectations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role

• At least 3 years of SAP BPC experience (SAP BW is a plus)

• At least 3 years of working experience as Business Analyst

• Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Finance or equivalent experienced (Preferred)

• Fluent in English
