ManpowerGroup is recruiting a Dutch Customer Support Fashion Advisor to represent our client’s brands by delivering outstanding customer service queries with clarity, passion and enthusiasm. The advisor will also answer queries across a number of channels including email, chat, and phone.

Your responsibilities • Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries; • Follow up to customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner; • Aim to resolve issues on the by phone call and be proactive; • Appropriately communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email; • Be able to work to customer service measures, metrics and KPIs.

What we are looking for

• Superb written and oral communication skills in both English (B2 level minimum) & Dutch (C1/C2 level); • Team player with a positive attitude who thinks as a business owner would; • Availability to work various shifts; • Proficiency with desktop computer system and internet skills; • Prior customer service experience; • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; • Passion for fashion is a PLUS!

Mandatory requirements

• Fiber internet (high speed internet) – NO WIFI AVAILABLE ONLY ENTHERNET CABLE; • Peaceful working space area;

Location: Porto

At the start of the project, the training will take place at home and afterwards will move on to the Matosinhos site (near Matosinhos Sul metro station). All the candidates require having fiber internet service and landline available at home
