The role

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our team in Portugal and be responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates for highly technical and specialized positions. You will play a leading role in identifying and engaging top talent in a creative way, improving and contributing to our employer brand, and scaling our recruiting practice as we grow as an organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews
• Attend hiring events and employer branding initiatives
• Measure and keep track of sourcing metrics

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
• Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
• Ability to build up and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, candidates and other stakeholders
• Fluency in English
